Sailboats and Seagulls Eating Lobster

While Mom and I always love seeing beautiful boats, we've become quite the birdwatchers at the Cape Cod Canal. Seagulls can be quite entertaining. Especially when they are enjoying lobster for brunch. 

There were also some gorgeous sailboats going in and out of the Sandwich Marina today. The stylish and black Raven sailboat arrived, while a more traditional white sailboat name the Arelia left. Sorry about some of the out of focus shots (they do pass). The sun was shining on the camera and I couldn't see that well. I was sitting right at the entrance to the Sandwich Marina facing the powerplant to get this shot.

A Beautiful and Sunny Day at the Marina

It's very quiet today. Even though it's a Friday, there wasn't that much activity. The Miss Julie was on the canal unloading her catch. A small fishing boat turned around in the marina and the luxury yacht double down is still here.
